We also have a shower for you to rinse off if you are coming straight from work or another activity

Overall, we start class off with either a technical or interactive warmup to get the blood flowing. We then focus on specific techniques through drilling and repetition. We end off class with a burner or exercise blast. Hi-fives (or hugs!) all around after!

However, we encourage you to push yourself. If you’re nervous before class, we offer 15 minute orientations with our coaches to make you feel more comfortable and grounded prior to your first class. Most importantly, HAVE FUN, introduce yourself to new faces, and make new friends!
