Lil' Roundhousers, Jr. Roundhousers & Teens.
Our Lil’ Roundhousers (3-6), Jr. Roundhousers (7-11) and Teens (12+) Mixed Martial Arts program is thoughtfully designed to instill coordination, confidence, focus, and resilience. Classes will focus on basic striking, takedowns, positionings, and ground control in a safe and exciting environment as well as working on coordination techniques and agility exercises. We will build their foundation in each discipline as we shape this program to produce well-rounded athleticism.
We have seen this sport grow over the past few years and Roundhouse is the place for the next generation to excel and break the tough stigma of MMA.We understand your child may not grow up to be the next MMA fighter or martial arts champion, but these programs are built to prepare them for any challenges life throws at them by building confidence, discipline, honour and integrity.
Jiu Jitsu

Learn the art of limb manipulation, joint locks and leveraging chokeholds while mastering the ego and build self-discipline. We will help you develop techniques on the mats that can help you in any situation.Our classes will work on your mobility, coordination, take down ability, techniques and rolling. Our Jiu Jitsu classes will be separated into All Levels and Beginners. The more intermediate students will be encouraged to have longer rolls, while the Beginners classes will be focused on learning concepts, building basic techniques, and a solid foundation into rolling.
Womens Jiu Jitsu

We know how intimidating it is to join a class full of sweaty men, and how rare it is to be able to train with someone your own size - and so we're providing a space where women can feel safe and empowered. Classes will learn the same techniques, theories and strategies in our evening co-ed classes, but this class will ensure a more even playing field.
Muay Thai Kickboxing

Learn authentic Muay Thai techniques straight from Thailand. Classes will start with a warm-up, followed by Muay Thai combos and drills involving punches, kicks, knees and elbows and the occasional ‘Roundhouse’ kick. Guaranteed to make you sweat and laugh. Sparring is always optional and only found in our All Levels classes. They are closely monitored and coached thoroughly.
Womens Cardio Kickboxing

This high intensity class will combine kickboxing techniques and challenging conditioning exercises to get your heart rate up. Come kick butt in our dedicated women’s only class.
Mixed Martial Arts

Let’s break the ‘tough guy’ stigma of MMA. Mixed Martial Arts consists of various skills, technique and conditioning drills for striking, takedowns and submissions. Like the name suggests, it is a mix of all the different martial arts disciplines. Most MMA students are just there for a workout and to gain the skills and confidence that may help them out in the real world. Only a small percentage end up competing, and they are usually the most helpful and kindest people you will meet. In our classes, we will break down each discipline so our students can understand this art in a way that doesn’t feel intimidating or overwhelming. Our goal is to shine a more positive light on MMA and welcome all types students to this sport.
Boxing

The art of hitting without being hit. You’ll learn how to throw basic boxing combinations, work on head movement, footwork and timing in our all levels boxing class. Our trainers have a strong passion for traditional boxing, and will set you up with a strong foundation in your game. Boxing should be for everyone, and this class is designed to make you sweat, learn proper technique while in a fun and safe environment! Sparring is always optional.

Train like a professional fighter! This class will push you to the limits with 45sec interval stations involving battle ropes, ground and pound, bag work and more! These conditioning circuits will be 5x5 minute rounds, just like a championship fight!

Discovering the beauty of flow and the connection between various poses and breathing techniques – this practice will help strengthen your mind, body, and heart. Vinyasa yoga offers a chance to challenge yourself with a unique flow, reflecting how you approach situations both on and off the mat. This class meets you where you are in your practice.

We offer personal training sessions for Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing and MMA. Our coaches will encourage, correct, and give you their undivided attention while catering to your individual goals and schedules. This is also a great way to get comfortable in the gym and learn your basics at an accelerated rate. We are happy to discuss your goals and training plan before we start.
We offer one on ones, to small group trainings, to school field trips and corporate team building classes!
